Abrendal Austin has had as broad a range of experience as the characters she writes about. Born in Valdosta, Georgia, raised in Norwalk Connecticut, she moved to Santa Barbara, then Los Angeles, California. She has written for a number of newspapers in the Los Angeles area and is the author of several short stories. A Fugitive’s Wife is the first in a series of Angela Jones novels.

Abrendal lives in Riverside, California. But she likes to move around so there’s no telling where she might be next.
